THE STACK PRINCIPLE

A method agnostic with respect to vendors. A stack selected with respect to the client.

The AI Methodology is agnostic by design with respect to cloud vendor and frontier model. It is an engineering principle before being a positioning statement: it allows us to propose the technology combination most consistent with the client's perimeter, rather than forcing every project into the commercial constraints of a single vendor.

The selection criterion of every layer starts from two client variables: the regulatory profile (sector, applicable regulations, data residency, sovereignty constraints) and the data map (volumes, sensitivity, existing integrations). The two variables emerge in Phase 1 of the methodology and drive stack recommendations from Phase 2.

The execution level. Regions, compute capacity, managed services, operational continuity. Google Cloud · Microsoft Azure · AWS with European regions; dedicated European providers when the profile requires it.

Data

The information level. Data warehouses and lakehouses, governance, lineage, quality. BigQuery and Snowflake among recurring options; governance tools consistent with the EU AI Act.

Security and compliance

The compliance level. Identity, access, cloud security posture, AI-specific traceability. Entra ID and Okta on identity; compliance automation and monitoring aligned to the client's enterprise standard.

ENGAGEMENT MODEL

Synthos Logic engineers. The client procures.

Synthos Logic brings engineering competence to the stack platforms. We recommend the combination most consistent with the client's perimeter and engineer it through to the system in production. Procurement — license purchase, cloud contracting, commercial negotiation with technology vendors — remains in the client's hands and internal channels.

This line is a positioning choice. It keeps the Synthos Logic role on the engineering and technical responsibility side, and leaves the client with full control of the economic relationship with vendors. It preserves recommendation independence: the stack combination we suggest comes from the methodology and the client's perimeter, free from any margin constraint on resale.
